Taking a lot of different elements I have so far analysed, I wanted to begin bringing them together by practicing further appearances digitally. Looking into natural framing of trees and branches for a previous project, combined with details of Ikebana flower arrangement inspired the images below. I wanted to practice different ways of producing details. Where cards, gift bags and notebooks are mostly of square and rectangle shapes, filling the spaces in corners and edges was something I didnt want to ignore - so started my initial composition development here.

The examples below just show a rough example of how I might incorporate text throughout my range. As previously mentioned, I want my collection to be inspiring and motivational, as we're coming into the season of spring and nearing the end of the pandemic - text, information and quotes could be a good opportunity for me to expand my messages and meanings beyond visuals.

Now practicing digitally, I wanted to test out the different brushes available. Did I want to produce very abstract images? Do I want them to be intricate and detailed? Realistic? The images below are some very initial practices with both drawing techniques and colour.
