To really communicate the concept of my product and the type of people i can envision being customers, i have designed an audience persona, illustrating who by and when the Huel cocoa bars might be consumed. Im certainly not directing these products towards a completely vegan audience, but producing them this way ensures they can be available to a much wider range of people - especially with the ever-growing rate of vegan diets.
Inspired by Huel customers online, as well as knowing a number of health conscious people, i have designed the persona to be active and health aware, whilst also someone who enjoys a sweet treat! Of course the bar can be bought and consumed by whoever takes a fancy, but it just might not be the first choice for someone who isnt bothered about the calories or sugar in what they're eating, and might just prefer added candies and caramels to their chocolate!
